Kaden is a passionate and experienced property manager, who started his career in 2017 as a groundskeeper for a large apartment complex in the Pacific Northwest. He quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a maintenance supervisor and then an office manager. He has managed a variety of properties, from a mid-rise complex in Bellevue with 81 residential and 1 commercial units, to multiple properties with over 550 units in total in the Puget Sound area. He has also mentored and trained many of his peers in the industry.

Kaden is always eager to learn and grow, and he has earned several prestigious certifications in the property management field. In 2019, he obtained his ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) certificate, after completing intensive courses on ethics, property management, finance, and more, through IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management). He is currently working towards his CPM (Certified Property Manager) certification, which is the highest level of recognition for property managers. He expects to achieve his CPM in 2024.
